That’s not why they’re called that! They’re called goose bumps or ‘pimples’ because when geese/any bird really were plucked, the little muscles that moved their feathers would be stimulated because they were cold- obviously because they just had their feathers removed! Not some hooker story or whatever lol
That does make a lot more sense haha, but I’ve definitely heard the hooker thing before too! I just thought it was funny so I remembered it. The best facts are never true :( I wonder who comes up with that stuff lol
